We are committed to making Picture Day smooth, efficient, and enjoyable for your staff, students, and parents while delivering portraits families will treasure.

Please review the following guidelines to help us provide the best possible Picture Day experience.

 PROMOTE PICTURE DAY

Prior to your scheduled session, you will receive:

• A seasonal Picture Day promotional poster

• Parent order form

Please:

• Email the order form and poster to your client list. Remind them about picture day.

• Print and hang a few posters in high traffic areas, outside classrooms, etc.

COLLECT AND ORGANIZE ORDER FORMS

To help Picture Day run efficiently:

• Have parents return forms a few days before Picture Day

• Keep each class room forms seperate

• Teachers should bring their classroom’s forms to the photography area

 SIBLING PORTRAITS

Sibling portraits are offered at no additional charge. We’ll do the kids individually and then a couple of pics together at no additional cost.

Please note:

• One paid order form is required for each child photographed

• Siblings should be sent to the photo area together for their photo

 PHOTO AREA REQUIREMENTS

For the best portrait quality, we require:

• One large indoor classroom

• Light colored walls preferred

• Standard white drop ceiling preferred

• Room availability from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Picture Days are scheduled Monday through Friday mornings during the school year.

ON PICTURE DAY:

STAFF SUPPORT

Mister Funny photographs independently and does not require an assistant.

We simply ask for:

• One staff member to help keep classes moving.

• Teachers to bring children camera ready

Please make sure children arrive with:

• Hair neat

• Faces clean

For licensing and safety reasons, our staff cannot do that part. Scrapes and bruises, etc. will be retouched, always.

 TEACHER SUPERVISION

Teachers are encouraged to remain attentive with their students and assist with classroom control while the photographer handles posing and expressions.

A well-prepared class keeps Picture Day moving quickly and helps us capture every child at their best.

OUR PORTRAIT STYLE

In Focus of Houston features simple seasonal outdoor backgrounds updated each Spring and Fall. Our photography style is natural, timeless, and uncluttered with minimal props and relaxed posing.

 ORDER DELIVERY TO PARENTS

Every portrait order includes:

• Complimentary digital images emailed within 2–3 business days

• Printed portrait packages delivered to the school within 2 weeks

Our prepaid ordering system is simple for parents and accepts all payment methods listed on the order form.

 CLASS PHOTO FUNDRAISER OPPORTUNITY!

During December and January, we take Class Group Photos, present them in a decorative folder for the parents to purchase for $10 each. Your center keeps 100% of all Class Photo sales.*
