For school photography services, we intentionally limit the handling of student data.
Orders sent for print production contain only internal job references such as pose numbers and product selections.
Student names or personal identifying information are not transmitted to the print lab.
Our lab partners manufacture photographs solely on our behalf and do not retain or use customer data.
We do not distribute or use family information for outside marketing.
Paper order forms are securely destroyed after processing.
Our workflow is designed to minimize data exposure and respect family privacy.

Orders ship via FedEx Ground with tracking provided once shipped.

We offer free shipping within the United States on eligible photography products marked for delivery.
International Shipping
International orders are available by custom quote only and may require additional transit time and documentation.
Commercial & Product Photography Deliveries
Shipping and any necessary return shipping associated with commercial or product photography projects are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns (School Portrait Orders Only)
School portrait purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.
To be eligible:
A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be returned in original condition.

Approved returns should be mailed to the address provided upon authorization in Houston, Texas, USA.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after receipt.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim and replacement if appropriate.
Commercial Photography & Custom Work
Commercial photography services, digital image licensing, and custom-commissioned work are non-returnable and non-refundable once client approval has been given and files have been delivered.
All such projects are approved in advance through a private proofing gallery prior to payment.
Artwork Shipping & Damage Claims
All artwork is professionally packed, insured, and shipped via FedEx.
If damage occurs during transit, claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.
Drop-Shipped Items
Some specialty items may ship directly from partner artists and may include separate handling instructions, particularly for international deliveries.
